System Kore Reviews was created to provide impartial, accurate, and detailed product reviews based on actual real-world use over an extended period of time.
Our goal is to provide thorough, trusted reviews by people who are actual product users, to help our readers make better informed decisions when shopping. We go through the trial and error so that others may learn from our experience.
Review Stages
The review content here will generally progress through three stages: 1) Initial observations, 2) Product Review, and finally a 3) Long-Term follow-up.
- Initial Observations: Out of the box, does this product seem like it has the right durability and feature set to meet the intended purpose of the product? Notes here are reflected upon during the actual product review.
- Product Review: This is the main product review, based off the performance of the equipment and how well it met both the manufacturer’s stated functionality as well as the user’s requirements over time. While the duration of the review period varies by product type (a motorcycle friendly sling bag may require a few months of regular use to have a qualified opinion, while a paper notebook might take a couple of weeks), the intention is for there to have been sufficient time for the product to become reasonably integrated into the reviewer’s routine.
- Long Term Follow-up: Long term follow-ups take place several months after the main product review, though updates could take place for as long as they make sense. These will focus on how well the product has held up over time, its functionality, and any modifications or updates that have been made to it, along with any feedback on customer service or warranty repair experiences that may have transpired.
